“FANTASTIC STAY!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 September 2011

My husband and I loved this place. New owners Bob and Sherry, and their family are so hospitable. Room was very clean and smelled great. We got in late, but were still able to go to the bar for a quick nightcap. Reasonable prices for room, and the bar. Breakfast was included, and hit the spot for our early departure the next morning. GREAT value for the price. The new management have done an excellent job in creating a great product. And they still have more plans in store for the future. It's beautiful, charming and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms was not very clean. The beds were not comfortable at all. The bar was dirty and we had a mouse in our room.

Room Tip: Not very clean. The food left something to be desired. The pictures make it look better than it is.

“Fantastic Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 August 2011

We will be back as long as they keep chef Jeff around. I wish they offered a full breakfast. It is one of the most inexpensive meals to provide and I would think that it would draw locals too. Just the same great food and mediocre facility.

Thanks for your opinion about breakfast. After kicking around the idea and logistics for a while we're serving our first weekend breakfast next week. We're starting out slow with only serving breakfast Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am-11:00pm, but if it turns out to be a hit like we're predicting hopeful we can expand from there. We'll be offering delicious and filling breakfast classics at our reasonable Camp Creek price!

“GREAT family place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 August 2011

We really loved our time at Camp Creek Inn. We had cabin 7, which was a family cabin. Two queen beds and a single. We had our two boys with us, ages 1 and 4, and couldn't have chosen a better place. Yes, the cabins were simple, but really, it was nice to have less clutter with all the "stuff" we had to bring for the kids, etc.

The only thing I'd add to the room is a coffee maker. Otherwise, the cabin was fantastic. The bathroom was quite large compared to what I expected. And the rooms were very CLEAN- kudos to the cleaning guys.

Something that stood out to me throughout our stay was how hard-working the owners and staff members are. It's obvious that it's a family outfit, and they're really a team. Everyone really made a huge effort to accomodate us, getting us anything and everything we requested or even hinted at, and always asking what our plans were, etc. They were busy, but worked really hard to get things done, which is always nice to see.

The land in front of the cabins includes a firepit, horsehoes and even a teepee, as well as lots of grass that our little ones enjoyed. There's a great hiking trail right near the cabins that goes on and on. I walked about 1/2 mile of it, but it was much longer. The views were GREAT.

It was a nice place to stay, outside of the tourist area. The restaurant food was good. The price was right. Service was outstanding. The only downside is that it's far from Yellowstone. We ended up staying in West Yellowstone one night just to see the park, but we thoroughly enjoyed GTNP, Jackson and Hoback just as much (if not more) so it wasn't a problem for us.

There's a nice convenience store about 2 miles down the road for coffe, ice, fresh fruit, water, etc. that we used quite a bit.

Overall, we were really glad we chose to stay here, mainly for the peace and quiet, the great atmosphere, the stunning views, and the service turned out to be excellent. I really felt like family, and could've stayed forever!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We loved having your family join us for part of the summer. We also listened to your recommendation... we are in the process of adding a coffee pot as well as a microwave and mini fridge to each cabin.

Best regards,

“Would recommend to anyone”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 August 2011

We had such an enjoyable time at Camp Creek Inn. The owners were so accomidating to us they added a bed to our cabin, gave us a grill to use during our stay, supplied us with a cooler and ice. Thier Son Josh showed our 5 girls and son around the camping area from the horses to the chicken coop (a real winner for our city kids) and his camp (a tent by a big rock up the hill). Thier ws a teepee out front which the kids tried to talk us into letting them sleep in. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal, milk, juice, pasrties. It was good enough for my six picky eaters.
