While the staff was friendly and helpful this is unfortunately the best to be said for this hotel. The room was way over priced, with tax it came to a $108 for a one person single. It is terribly run down, the rooms are musty and the non-smoking rooms (like mine) are clearly smoked in. The bathroom was merely wiped down and the sink faucett came off in my hand & the tub was clogged. The chain lock was ripped off my door and the bolt lock was barely catching as the frame was warped from age. And the room had not been vaccumed in quite a while. The bed was realatively comfortable but old. The rooms are just dingy, rundown, out dated and the bathrooms are in dire need of a plumbing overhaul. Will NEVER stay here again and would not recomend it to others, in fact I couldn't wait to get home and shower off this experience

Checked to see if they had the accomodation I needed and they did. Asked the price (AAA) and when they said $109, I said that was too much and walked out. I knew Gillette was expensive but i walked across the street and paid $62 for the same type of accomodation.

Do yourself a favor and stay away!! My wife and I checked in after a very long drive. We just wanted to get some food and go to sleep. Well, after returning for dinner, we noticed that there were stains on the towles. Pretty gross. The room smelled just plain bad. The icing on the cake was when we went to bed, we noticed we were laying on "crumbs". They looked like dead skin!!!! Completely grossed out at this point, I talked to the manager, who after hearing my story developed a bad attitude. I asked for a refund and he said all he could do is give us a different room, as we had already been in the room for 3 hours. So we left, very angry and tired and went to a different hotel. The next day, I called the Super 8 reservation line and was told it will take up to 7 business days for somone to call me back so we can resolve this. My hopes are pretty low that I'll get my money back. Stay away from this hotel, and ALL SUPER 8's!!
