We had a nice stay at this hotel. I traveled with two children and myself. The beds were nice and they did have breakfast, which was nice for the kids and made things easier. Customer service was good and the desk clerks were friendly as they always greeted me when I walked through the lobby. Rates were reasonable for the area and the clerk was helpful in giving me restaraunt options in Gillette. I would stay again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The women at the front desk were RUDE , inconsiderate and could care less if you had a problem. Oh, and the 24 hour cancellation policy is ridiculous. We we charged for a room we never even stayed in b/c we cancelled 1 hour after the cancellaton deadline which we were never notified of. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!

I stayed at this hotel during the High School rodeo and our stay was great! The desk staff was extremely helpful even though we had requested alot and always with a smile on their face. The room was clean and maid service came in everyday to clean our room. Rates were reasonable for the busy time of the year and for the service we received from staff, it was well worth it. I will stay here again if we go through Gillette in the future.

On our way back home from Yellowstone, we stopped very early Sunday morning July 17th to grab some shut eye. Had we not arrived at 2:40 AM, we would have never stayed. This hotel is shabby, run down and dirty. We were looking for a moderately priced place to simply grab some quick sleep and then head on the road. Many of the fixtures were yellowed, dirty, the beds were old and worn, pillows were extremely old and flat, some of our towels were dirty (upon arrival) and the smoke detector in the ceiling was open showing the missing back up battery. To top it off, since we arrived late, we asked for a late check out - noon instead of 11:00 AM and housekeeping first knocked on our door at 8:30 AM and then again a little over an hour later- thanks for letting us sleep in - you're the best - NOT!. I would not recommend staying at this location to anyone, for the price of the room - what a joke!!!
