We stayed at this hotel for a conference in Casper. When we booked the rooms, we booked the Comfort Inn. Two days before our stay, we received a call that the hotel had changed names to the Baymont Inn. I called to verify our rooms and it appeared they were quite confused with the changes. She said she would have to call me back. We did receive a call hours later confirming the rooms. Between the first call and the second, I checked online to see what pricing was offered on the Baymont site. When I mentioned the difference in rate, I was told they couldn't offer a better price (even though we could get one online). She said we could cancel if we didn't like it. We should have. When we checked in, they couldn't find our reservations, then couldn't get the credit card machine to work properly. After getting room keys, we were given rooms that had an odd smell throughout the stay. We asked about the smell, but were greated by indifference by the staff. It could be a good hotel, but I think the dust needs to settle on the name change.
