“Elegant Historical Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 July 2011

This hotel has been beautifully restored. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You can't beat its location. Modern ammenities that do not distract from the hotel's history made staying here a delight. The grounds were nicely kept up. Even though we received a discount coupon for a breakfast at another establishment, it would be nice to have a continental breakfast available at the hotel.

Room Tip: Loved the Hemingway Suite

“A great night In Cody”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 July 2011

Another gem found on trip advisor. Parked directly in front of the Inn. Young lady at the desk assisted with luggage. We stayed in the Hemingway Suite which was spacious and wonderfully period decorated with Hemingway's register framed on the wall. Bath appealing though tube and shower is not for the elderly.
Lobby and grounds delightful.

“Just what we needed”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 July 2011

We just returned from a western trip that included a stop in Cody, WY. Before we arrived we had been traveling for four days and staying at different hotels in different cities and towns. I was excited to stay at the Chamberlin because it looked so nice and quaint on the internet. When we arrived Ev was waiting at the desk in the front of the Inn. She was so accomodating and even asked if we needed dinner reservations made, which she did for us as we unloaded the car. The Inn is charming and the rooms so comfortable. We had a total of 3 roooms for our party of 11. They were all wonderful. We needed to be in a place just to relax before dinner and the Chamberlin was perfect. She invited us to use whatever we needed in the kitchen and to help ourselves to fruit and drinks. There is a beautiful sunroom in the front of the Inn with a piano in it - a wonderful place to relax. The back courtyard is also very nice and shaded and our family enjoyed a game of croquet there in the evening. It is a little pricey, but worth it! Ev if you read this don't forget about the flavored water, and a couple louge chairs in your courtyart would be super! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

“Elegant home in a perfect location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 July 2011

We stayed for 2nights in a garden suite. Although the rooms are rather small they are very lovely decorated. When we opened the door to our room we were immediately in the beautiful garden. Such a peaceful oasis in the middle of town. We looked into some rooms which were not occupied and we noticed every room was decorated differently, which is great. The staff is very helpful and very kind. Breakfast is not available in the hotel but there is a lovely place where they sell bagels and sanwiches just across the main street. We would recommend this small but wonderful hotel to everyone staying in cody.

“Very charming. A must see!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 June 2011

I just stayed here with my family (hubby, suster, friend, and 2 kids) while traveling around Wyoming and loved it! Actually everyone enjoyed the stay. This is such a charming hotel that I just wished we had stayed more nights to truly enjoy it. My husband, my sister and her friend could not stop complimenting me for having us stay here. We loved the location, the decor, the attention to detail, the gracious welcome from the owner and the feeling that we were "at home", even though we weren't. Just lovely. If you are coming to Cody you should stay here.
Spending the afternoon strolling up and down the main street. Enjoy the shopping and go to the Rodeo. Anotehr must see if you have kids.
Cody is a very charming city and we had a great/family/relaxed time here...don't miss it.
