Terribly out of date and rather high priced. No pool or hot tub. Very small tv with terrible sound. Noisy A/C. Didn't sleep well.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, inexpensive, hospitable on the quiet end of Sheridan.

From the moment I called from my home to make a reservation to checking in & leaving I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice lady & gentleman. When I got there I was pleased to see that it was an older but very neat, clean, quiet & already cooled down room with a mini frige. If your looking for bells & whistles this is not the place for you. But if you just want a place to lay your head then you will not be dissapointed. I was even taken to the airport at 430 a.m. I will be keeping their name & number in case I need a place to stay again in Cody. Thank you to the both of you for your hospitality! Cheryl

Our stay here was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, but it was one of the worst hotel-wise. The room had a very heavy smoky odor, and when I asked the hotel manager about it (so we wouldn't be charged for smoking in the room), his reply was very accusatory and rude ("so what do you want me to do about it? For all I know it was you smoking in the room!"). It just went downhill from there. Cody is a gold mine for hotel owners, and they know it.

The rooms are well-worn, and after a long drive from South Dakota, we just put up with the loose towel rack, the lukewarm water for showers, and the poor parking situation. Although the price was cheaper than some other options, we wish we would have spent a bit more and stayed in a nicer place. In Cody, this would have been good advice to take.
