The Howdy Pardner was a very nice break on a long roadtrip.
The house is on a nice plot of land on the outskirts of Cheyenne - so it's quiet, peaceful, and has some wonderful views. Getting into Cheyenne is a 10-15 minute drive. Nothing bad at all.
The house and grounds are clean and well-kept. My room (the Buggy Room) and the common areas are also very nicely kept. It's a really nice place to stay.
The breakfasts are great and plentiful. Jan is very accommodating of any special dietary needs.
The hosts, Jan and her husband Terry, are really nice, down-to-earth folks. They hit just the right balance between being gracious hosts and not being "in your business". I've stayed in some B&Bs that ended up being awkward. Not at the Howdy Pardner.
I will be staying here again.
