“Good Hotel”

This hotel was a great surprise. It was clean and the staff friendly. Typical continental breakfast. The one upside for me (and downside for others) is that it is on the eastern outskirts of Cheyenne (maybe outside of city limits). If you have business in Cheyenne proper, you may want to stay somewhere else. For the price, I will stay there again when I go on business.

“glad we chose this hotel”

We spent two nights here and we were very happy with this hotel. It appears to be new. The bed was very comfortable, we had a fridge and microwave and it was exceptionally clean. It is away from things so a car is a must but it is easy to get around. Cheyenne did not seem to be a great "eating" town but they did recommend a place nearby that we ate the night we arrived and it was good. The lady at the desk (sorry I did not get her name) was terrific. She was swamped when we got there but was able to handle everyone quickly and in a professional manner. When she had time later we asked her about things in the area and she recommended the Wyoming State Museum which was very interesting. We might have missed it if she had not suggested it and told us a little about it.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

“Reasonable Rate for Frontier Days”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 August 2011

I researched a lot of hotels for our two night stay in Cheyenne during Frontier Days. The Sleep Inn was the only hotel with rooms available at a reasonable rate. The other recommended hotels were either charging much more than than normal rates, or they didn't have rooms available. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's new and nice, and the rooms didn't feel cramped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle for both the rodeo and the night concert. It wasn't free, but it was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

“Would stay here again if in the area.”

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and had a room with a king bed. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The property is not in downtown Cheyenne and there is not a lot of restaurants around, but this was not a problem for us because we had a car. The breakfast selection was good and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

“Efficient, friendly, clean, roomy, would stay at again.”

I usually don't stay at Sleep Inns - not that I have anything against them, I'm just committed to a different chain. This Sleep Inn is great. They let me check in 2 1/2 hours early, and allowed my pet to stay for $15. The employees seemed legitimately enthusiastic about their jobs, and the chain doesn't take itself too seriously: the pet waiver I signed forbade my pet from biting the employees, "no matter how appetizing they look."

The bed was enormous, the pillows were plentiful, the internet works just fine. Fridge and microwave in the room.

There's a phalanx of business traveler hotels at the exit nearest the city center, but this isn't one of them. This hotel is at the next exit, on the east edge of town, about 3 miles from the city center.
