Very clean and accomidating.It is great value for your dollar ,one stop for every thing,Cafe,Bar
and Pool and hot tub ,with working sauna.Staff are very Friendly,I have stayed there for 9 years now and enjoy it very much.

Thank you staff and management. My Mother-in-law passed away recently and her services were in Casper. The out of town guests all stayed at the Parkway and in addition the reception was held in the American Room. Making all the arrangements was easy! I spoke with several different people and they all had the same supportive, helpful attitude. The remodeled rooms are very nice and comfortable. We will use the Parkway Plaza for all future events. Thank you again!

I stayed there after using several other places in town on business. I think the staff was great, everyone was very pleasant and willing to do anything to make stay nice. I came here in aug, sept and will return in Dec. I reccomend it to family and business travellers. they have it all and are making it better as we speak. THe guest services were excellent, Mandie especially deserves a raise and or promotion, Actually I think both Mandie and Amber deserve recognition for the work they do. Both were very professional and helpful and pleasant at alll times and I would like to also mention the resturant, its menu and its staff are terrific too
I look forward to returning.

We decided to stat at the parkway when we traveled to Casper for a concert. We arrived t 5:15 p.m. and were told our room wasnt available yet because they were still cleaning rooms. Really?? We were told we could come back in an hour to hour and a half and they should be done. In my opinion, a hotel should be prepared by 5:15 in the evening. To be told to come back in an hour or more is insanity. We asked to be checked into a different area of the hotel as we had requested a room with an outside door. They were able to check us into a different room, though it wasn't in the area of the hotel that we had originally wanted to stay. With that being said. The room was clean, and had been updated since the last time I stayed in their tower rooms. The hallways are in pretty sad shape and could stand to be redone.
