The location of this hotel was good (near Noah's Ark) and the girls at the front desk were helpful. Our room was dirty and needed to be updated. The bathroom shower had hair in it and all over the floor. The carpet in the room had so many stains you were afraid to walk around barefoot. We started to guess what each stain was and how it got there. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat. We also had a plastic piece over the mattress that made the bed uncomfortable. The refrigerator in the room was also dirty. We paid $150 to stay one night on a Saturday. Wish we would have spent a little more to stay at a better hotel.

We rented a loft room. The second queen bed was in a loft above the main room. Our teenagers loved this. It gave us space to stretch out in, we didn't feel that we were packed into a typical hotel room. This made the stay much more enjoyable. There is also a couch and table. With the fridge and microwave we could keep snacks on hand, which helped some with the cost of eating out. They have two indoor pools and two outdoor pools. They have discounts which we were able to use at Noah's Ark Waterpark (whole family loved this) and Wizards' Quest (also a lot of fun)

The room rates were cheap and located right on the strip close to all of the main attractions, but the motel was old and not modern, but it was clean. I didn't particularly care for the old stale smell of the room or the old bedding. This motel is perfect for a a young party crowd who doesn't care about anything but a place to lay their head after a night of partying. Not for a family who would like to enjoy the room. I won't be revisiting it the next time I'm in the Dells.

It's unfortunate that I wasn't able to give any score lower than a "1" for all the criteria. We didn't even stay in our room 5 minutes before we asked for our money back. The room was a pig sty. The carpet, bedding, and furniture was dirty. The odor in the room was horrible. There were hair pins all over the floor. When we went to the office to ask for our money back, they refused. Even though we didn't use any aspect of this motel that cost this dispicable place anything, management refused to refund our money. We ended up leaving to find a much better hotel in the area. Since this was our first trip to the Dells, we are rethinking whether we will ever come back to this place after this experience.
