After reading many reviews on the property both good and bad we decided to book and take our chances.With the off season September we thought having a condo with a kitchen would be a great change and the price was Great. We did arrive late but James answered the phone and the code with the room keys were in the box outside the office.Our unit 202 was a clean, updated 2 bedroom with pool access and parking. The property is larger than expected and we enjoyed the pools and the beach.The weather was awsome and the trip was a hit with the 8 year old.

My wife and I paid 400 some dollars to stay for a weekend. We sprung for a hot tub in our room. There was nothing remotely "hot" about the tub. After running the lukewarm water into the jacuzzi, you could get no warm water anywhere else., ie. the shower. There was cobwebs in our room, a small dinghy bathroom with no water pressure in the showr. a broken cupboard door, everything was dusty, the tv in the bedroom had no remote and was so small it almost required binoculars to view. On a plus side, the bed was very comfortable. I regret my stay, and felt bad about parting with my money.

This resort is right on the lake, it had a great picnic area right off our unit, the pool /pool area was a great gathering place.
Our unit had very old hard beds, no dishwasher and only wall A/C which really did not work very well this unit is in need of serious updating.
Other family members had simalar issues one unit was so tiny they could hardly move around in another unit the A/C did not work in the common area / second bedroom.

After spending time reviewing many hotels and resorts in the Wis Dells area my family chose The Caribbean Club Resort based on the hotel website and it's location on Lake Delton... lets begin by saying this is a bit misleading. To keep a long story short, when we arrived the first room we were given was dirty, it had never been cleaned and this was later in the afternoon at scheduled check in time, we were moved to another room for a slight up charge because of its size... the units were fair to say the least, and lacked luster, part of the contract of staying in these units is that you are "supposed" to wash your own dishes prior to exiting, yeah supposed to... which means expect dirty dishes, glasses, pots and pans, coffee makers and everything else! This is disgusting! To top it off, entering into this specific unit was a cut up piece of carpet that was being used as rug, that was dirty, sandy and full of grim. The only silver lining was the location of the units and the pool area outside was nice... otherwise I'd recommend spending the extra $20 bucks and staying at the Wilderness Resort that truly puts this place to shame!! I will never stay here again.
