Upon are arrival we arrived at the condo I reserved. Their was no power in the condo and extension cords were everywhere. Their was also a broken glass bottle outside the front door along with a fork that I guess housekeeping couldn’t bend over to pick-up. However, we were immediately moved to a different larger condo. Upon first entering it was larger and nicer, but as we unpacked and started relaxing we were wondering if housekeeping forgot this unit. I couldn’t believe how dirty this unit was! Blood on a bathroom wall, dirty napkins behind beds and entertainment center, peanuts under the kitchen table, dirty showers, exposed outlets, and the kitchen was fifthly! The pans were not even suitable to catch a fish from the lake in, pot holders looked like they had never been washed, sponges on the kitchen counter…really you want me to use that nasty smelling germ infested sponge? The appliances were dirty as well…not sure how the housekeeping gets away with this…I honestly don’t think anything in the kitchen had been wiped down or cleaned in months!!! On a positive note, the kids loved playing in the sand and cooking out on the patio…and all 7 of us had more than enough room to spread out.
Although management did call me once I returned home, I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m sure there are many more condos priced the same that are cleaner!
*Also wanted to note the outdoor play area was never opened when we stayed

We stayed at TwonHome #109 (Best TownHome Location) on July 2-5, 2011.
Age: 40, 39, 18, 16 & 7.
Place was very clean and very well and nicely furnished. WE LOVED IT.
Two bedrooms upstairs (one was Master Bedroom w/huge tub).
This is the way to go if you have a family of 5 as I do. Plasma TV's & two fireplaces down & up makes this townhome look even better.
It's absolutely worth the money to upgrade from a condo if you can.
Pool area is good also with indoor pool & outdoor.
We stayed in Mt. Olympus resort and it was fine but very busy & it does not have a feel of a place like this one.
We've rented a boat at a place that was about 5min away: Ski Boat $450/day, Pontoon Boat $225/day, Waverunner $450/day they also have half day rentals but it's about $50 bucks cheeper.
We booked this place with 4 months advance so 4th of July was busy.
This is the place for you if you don't like the big busy & big hustle at the main Wisconsin Dells strip resorts.

The room was nice enough. Would have liked to have had flatscreen tv's in our condo. The view of the lake would have been great if we had come during the summer. The only complaint I have is that there is definitely not enough HOT water. They need to get a bigger water heater for a jacuzzi tub. Our water ended up lukewarm however we made the best of it like we usually do. Fully equipped kitchen and kitchen appliances were new and nice. Room was clean.

Oh and if you plan to use the fireplace you have to get logs from the office and cannot use real wood in them or you are charged a $25 fee. The logs are three hour logs and my guy and I just didn't feel like leaving the room to find out about the cost of them.

It is off the strip and the location was good. I could however hear the downstairs neighbor so you may want to be aware of that.

Unfortunately, we arrived for our one night stay 1/2 hr after their office closed (noon on Sunday). perhaps it is my fault but I do not recall seeing the office hours and that they were only open to noon... we did not receive any email giving us the after hours pass code to get our key out of the safe... luckily a maintenance man/caretaker was able to open the safe and get out key... one of the reasons we booked this place was due to the fireplace... again because we arrived too late we were unable to get a log for the fireplace so that amenity was not available... we located our condo/room... the room was mostly clean.. .except for the lampshades which had balls of dust on them... but unfortunately the room was a ripe old temp of 51degrees.. that's right 51 degrees... (according to the checkout pamphlet it is to be left at 60 degrees... again that might be difficult as the heat control has no temperatures listed just some dots). It took 5 hours for the place to warm to 68 degrees. I said to my husband that I would get a blanket and we could snuggle/cover up... unfortunately there was not a blanket to be found... not in the closet and not on the bed (the bed had a sheet and a comforter that was it). The only saving grace was the jacuzzi... but if you use this ... prepare to be without hot water for the next 4 hours. The room also did not have a dishwasher... and the kitchen sink was a solo one making doing dishes a little difficult... I would not stay again
