We stayed here from 31DEC to 03JAN.
We were in the area for the Packers - Bears game and this was the cheapest we could find. We did get an excellent rate by booking on the Motel 6 website. We got a room with 2 beds. The room was pretty small and very basic but we really didn't need much in the way of amenities. I was not expecting a mini-fridge so that was a pleasant surprise since we were going to be spending a few days and didn't want to eat out every night.
The location is very convenient to the highway and also to quite a few eating and shopping places.
The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. And they used fitted sheets. Which to me is important because when I stay in hotels that dont' use the fitted sheets (only tucking under regular sheets) i wake up in the morning in a huge mess of sheets and I don't sleep well.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Things we didnt' like
1)The walls are very thin. We could hear the people next door to us whenever they talked louder than just a normal talking voice.
2)The shower head was sooooo low. I'm 6 ft tall so I'm used to stooping down in most hotel/motel showers, but the shower head only came to my shoulder.
3)No lid on the toilet seat. Not really a big deal with 2 guys sharing a room like we were but still kind of tacky even for a Motel 6.
One more thing"
The Motel 6 website said that this was a new location. I found out that did not mean it was a new building. It appears they are renovating an exsiting motel to be a Motel 6.

I would recommend this for somebody who just wants a bare-bones room without all the bells and whistles.

The room was small, but all we wanted to do was sleep, so that was ok with us.

Our only complaint was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I thought Wisconsin was smoke free? It was all Marlboro Country in there and we requested a non-smoking room,

My family and i stayed here and enjoyed our room, service,pool and our complimentary breakfast. If we needed anything the owner was more then willing to help. When we got there the power was out in Oshkosh. The owner let us know the best place to eat in the area and when we called to get updates he kindly gave us info. My niece nephew and sister and brother in law liked the pool. If any one within the hotel got loud the owner would come and tell them to keep it quiet. He also kept an eye on the girls that were cleaning making sure the rooms were being cleaned. Thank you for the great stay.

We needed a place to stay cuz we were tired from all the driving and this place was right off the highway and very cheap. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, I mean we really couldn't ask for more. The added bonus was that there was an outdoor pool! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whose looking for a nice place to stay!
