Older Hampton property which is totally updated. Great and friendly staff!. Everything is clean and nice. Typical comfy beds. Pool and work out room are off the lobby and away from the rooms. This is a great property. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in LaCrosse area.

We stayed at this hotel after a show choir competition for one of our children in the area.

When we walked into the lobby, I immediately noticed a pleasant and clean odor. The lobby was clean and orderly. The woman at the front desk was friendly and pleasant. She gave directions to our room, and details about next morning's breakfast.

The hallways, and elevator were clean. Our room was clean as well. Again, all I could smell was a nice and pleasant odor. The room had nice furnishings and clean linens. I always check the mattress for evidence of bed bugs as soon as I enter a hotel room. It looked clean as well. We asked for a roll-away bed, which arrived to the room quickly. Both, the roll-away and the pull-out couch linens were clean, and again the mattresses looked clear of bed bugs. Everything was spotless!

Our beds were comfortable, and the bedding felt luxurious! We all slept well.

My husband went down for breakfast which had the normal continental breakfast items, along with ham slices and pre-made western omeletes. He enjoyed it.

I could hear voices while I was in our bathroom. I'm not sure if the voices were above, below or next to our room. Other than that, our room was a corner room and was very quiet, which we all appreciated.

We will definately stay here again if we travel to this area in the future!

Great staff, and fast check in. It was as I expected from Hampton. Clean rooms, clean crispy sheets, comfortable and quiet.

Flat Screen TV’s with 40 channels. Microwave and fridge, thermostat controlled heat, and the unit could hardly be heard when running.

Large work area with plenty of outlets for computers, and chargers. The Free internet connection is fast and reliable.

The free hot breakfast seems to have quite a few more items than the other Hamptons, and everything looked great.

Many restaurants close by, giving you a good selection.

I don’t use Hotel pools, so no comment there.

Went to visit my daughter who attends UW-La Crosse. Hotel rooms, breakfast were all good, but pool is open 24 hours every day! Our family hardly slept the one night we were there. Young adults and kids were running and slamming doors all night until about 5:00am. The noise was horrible! Will not go back there again
