The staff were very nice and made you feel like they were glad you were there.
The morning breakfast is more then just good having a variaty of items to
choose from. The location is a real plus. Can't forget the heated pool which
was used evey night. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All in all it
was a real plesant stay.

Good hotel, good breakfast, quite rooms, comfortable beds.

I traveled to Milwaukee for a family gathering, myself, my wife and our 5 kids. Just a one night stay. Everything was pretty good, but the staff could have been a little more informative about fees, and the rooms could have been cleaner. The first room had food under the beds, and bugs in the window. The second room, (which we had to ask for), had a wad of masking tape covered in hair in the blankets, and smelled of stale coffee. We got a new blanket, but were told, "I'll inform housekeeping." Nothing was done to satisfy us on checkout, or to compensate for the "un"cleanliness. The lady serving the breakfast food did not wash her hands after going outside for a cigarette, nor did she wear gloves. EEWWWW!!! Overall, I will not return, being in an upper class area, I expected more, which is why we went with a New Berlin Hotel, insterad of a South Side Milwaukee locale.

We got the suite with two queen beds. We paid a really low price and got a massively sized room with couch. We were pleased with the room quality and size. The pool area is really nice and they have a large hot tub. The free breakfast in the mornings was a nice bonus. Good food including hot entrees. The staff were all helpful and kind. The bathrooms were also a good size. Everything was good about this hotel and I will stay here again.
