Getting there off the highway is a little confusing - but that's ok. Check-in looked to be a nightmare, there were about 9 people there at once....but a second desk person showed up quickly and they worked rather efficiently. Very friendly front desk folks. Exercise room was OK - no water cooler, just drinking fountains. Equipment was fine - three treadmills was nice. Room was cozy and clean and thermostat worked as it should! Not always the case in hotels I find. On site restaurant, Allgauer's had a pretty good breakfast buffet along with made-to-order omelets. No issues - would definitely come back!

It all started when I made a mistake thru a 3rd party on line booking agency. I mistakingly double booked. I had made reservations for 4 rooms for 3 nights each. Over $1000.00. When I arrived at the hotel they alerted me to this situation. I explained there was a mistake, and that we would only require 4 rooms not eight. The front desk man said he would try and take care of it. The hotel was empty with appx. 10 cars in their massive parking lot. Thus noted I figured that it would not be problematic for the cancellation. Myself and my party stayed and payed for the 4 rooms for 3 nights ($1093.00).
Upon my return home I noticed I was double charged, $1093.00 to be exact. When brought to the booking agencies attention they told me they would contact the management of the hotel (Mr. Daryl Johnson). He refused my $1093.00 refund. I called and spoke with him 3 times and he refuses to refund me for the unused rooms, even though they would not have been sold due to the occupancy rate during my stay in October. This is very disrespectful treatment of a Hilton Honors member and an avid patron of the Hilton organization. I am out $1093.00 and much respect for the management of the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Park Place.
I have been avidly working on a solution, even offered to pay a cancellation charge, however, Mr Johnson's stance has been firm and unwaivering.
I would not recommend staying at this establishment with a management that is unfair and oblivious to good customer service.

Stayed here as a quick overnight via Priceline. It is a little bit of winding road off the main highway, but not too much. Seems to be a place for conventions/weddings. I would say it was comfortable here. I wasn't around much to comment fully, but I would recommend getting a room away from the highway in case a little highway noise is not your thing. Seemed to have a nice pool/spa area, likely a good place to stay locally for family trips/business.

I stayed for two nights in room 369. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The bed’s mattress firmness was adjustable on both sleep sides and along with the fabulous pillows that’s a great perk. Exceptionally clean room and property. Even though breakfast isn’t included, coffee and cookies were available in the lobby. Plenty of parking in a well-lighted lot. Very pleased with the value.
