they are nice friendly people they make sure you are comfortable at all times. for the price i payed they gave great services. i never had problems at the hotel always felt like i was at home.

The free shuttle to airport 24hrs a day is great this hotel has been remodeled from carpet to the ceiling new beds etc expanded lobby with flat screen T,.V couch chairs great place to sit with laptop and get work done and the bathrooms are being done as I type this. The staff is very nice and help full in anyway possible, try it and you will be back all of this at an econ o price!!!!!!!!!!!

Desk clerks were almost entirely people who didn't speak very good English, and this led to problems with overcharging and otherwise bad service. The only guy I saw who was a fluent English speaker was not very pleasant to deal with, either.

Better to go to one of the other hotels on the same street.

I was stuck there, as conventions of the VA and Harley were in town that week and any place I could afford was booked solid..
The whole place was dirty, and in sad condition. I was in room 210 and it was bad.
