We have stayed here before to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is minutes away from the airport and even though there is on-going highway construction, there was no discernable noise in the hotel. The hotel room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

The free shuttle to/from the airport is very convenient. They have an early cold breakfast available and a hot breakfast starting at 6:00. Due to the location, it is obviously primarily for access to the airport and the hotel does a great job of providing services for those travels. I think the airport shuttle runs 24 hours.

Front desk staff are friendly and attentive. Across the street is a good steak and Mexican restaurant, The Branded Steer.

This hotel has changed over from offering the regular shampoo and soap to one of those shower dispensers which has liquid soap and shampoo in it, and my wife does not like that- she prefers the individual bottles because she doesn’t feel the same confidence that something could not be “introduced” into those shower dispensers. We will stay here again next time we fly into Milwaukee but we will bring our own shampoo and use our own soap.

My wife and I and a friend stayed here and had a great expreience. All the people involved with the Inn were always smiling and friendly. In fact, they were installing a new window in the lobby area while we were checking in, and the staff apologized at least 3 times for the noise and inconvienence. I look at as a place where they are trying to improve their Inn for their guests. The Inn was exceptionally clean. Rooms and all public areas were spotless. Our 2 Queen bed room had plenty of room to move around. (We are 3 larger than average people) The pool was so clean you could see your feet at the bottom clearly. The hot breakfast was filling. Not a sitdown restaurant with waiters, but very good. All personel were very friendly (in a good way), and I never saw anyone who wasn't smiling. They enjoy what they do, and it shows. We will come here again.

Since this is my third time at this property I think I can honestly say that they are scrimping and saving at the Hampton. The scrimping hit a record level when no paper was left at the door. I asked why and was told that unless you are a Platinum member you don't get one. Give me a break, a 35 cent newspaper.

Soap wasn't replaced because there is a new system in the shower with shampoo and bodywash in automatic containers on the wall. Not my choice. Hard to get toiletpaper replaced, had to ask. Room wasn't as clean as in the past and the hot water took forever to warm up and still wasn't very hot.

The economy is bad but this really isn't going to help their business. I'll not stay again.

My wife and I shared a room with her sister and husband for two days of Summerfest. The hotel is near the airport though I never heard any plane noises. It was clean and had enough room where we did not feel too claustrophobic having four people in a hotel room. Friendly staff and a solid selection of breakfast foods.
