I travel for business combined with pleasure, my wife & 4 year old always come with, we stay in hotels almost every week for 2-4 nights across the SE so we have experienced the good, the bad & the ugly & we are picky within reason (hate dirt, mold & or stench). My 4-year-old takes his shoes & socks off the minute we hit the room and believe me if the carpet is a little dirty we will know within minutes (I have checked out of hotels because his feet were black with dirt). Overall this place is very clean.
Regardless of your reason for visiting the MILWAUKEE, WI area, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel is close to restaurants, near the airport and freeway. The hotel is quite. The rooms are decent size, The staff is very friendly & helpful, did I mention the place is very clean. Breakfast is above average.

Descent place to stay for the short-term and descently priced. Even better with the AAA rate. Room was decorated in odd colors-Lime green, Aqua, and dark wood floors. They have a jaccuzi pool right next to the lobby, which is weird. It is very small and can be viewed through windows from the lobby. Free continental breakfast with belgium waffles from 5am to 10am. Food was good too. Computer with printer available for use. Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Free 24-hr shuttle service to the airport right across the street. The walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear the shower in the next room running. A/c unit was noisy as well. Good enough for a 3-night stay for one person.

We had a slight mix-up with our reservation (my fault--selected the wrong night online). When we arrived at the hotel on the "wrong" day, the staff was quick to help us out. The staff went out of their way to make our trip smooth. The breakfast served was great and the shuttle to the airport was on-time and clean. No complaints.

I was impressed with this motel for a few reasons:

-price was right

-complimentary breakfast was decent and had staff available if you required assistance

-there was a hot tub/whirlpool

-room was spacious

-very close to the airport

The only negatives I could see were:

-room could use a little updating

-fridge/microwave location was a bit strange. They were close to the door so if someone came in while you were using either, you may get hit!

Otherwise everything was good as expected.
