My wife and I stayed here last night and made the mistake of parking in their parking garage's lower level overnight. Over the 15 hours we were there, a white paint-like substance dripped all over our Black Suburban. Our group of 4 originally thought it was bird droppings and would wash off easily, but that wasn't the case at all. A few miles down the road we pulled into a gas station to see if we could get this off of our windshield, but couldn't. Upon calling the Manager of the Hotel, she told us that "This Happens All of the Time, there is nothing we can do!!!" I have never been dismissed so easily by a manager, who repeated this line with every furious question I had. WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL US THAT BEFORE WE PARKED THERE? We had to use a Vinegar/Water solution to handscrub our vehicle when we got home to get this abrasive material off. There are small scratches in the paint, and the residue is still on the windshield, but at least the white is off. As for the rooms...tiny bathroom...strange layout...will never stay here again...

What can I say, customer service was poor. Rooms are very outdated. Thought I had walked back into 1950 when I entered the room. Room quality was poor. Much of it had not been cleaned very well. Only stayed here as there were no other rooms left in the city in the other hotels. Recommended to my boss that he should not use this hotel to house business visitors ever again....

The customer service is horrendous. I will tell everyone I know not to stay at this hotel. It does not deserve even one star, but I had to mark something in order to submit this complaint. Too bad the days of customer service have gone by the wayside.

The hotel was located close to a shopping center which includes a grocery store, a few restaurants and a half a mile away from the Art Museum. Another plus for that area was self parking was available with a two level car garage next to the building. The lower level tends to be packed and so I just parked in the upper level since the garage was only a few yards away. My room was nice and comfy but I did had to wait for about half an hour before it became available. A couple ahead of me was not as lucky because they were assigned an unclean room and therefore had to go back down again to get in line for a clean one. Other things that did not go well that Sunday was one of the elevators was under repair and so everyone had to wait a little longer to get on. A breakfast buffet, however, was available for the guests but the choices remained the same and so my third day I just drove to McD's which was only half a mile away. I recommend the hotel to everyone because of the location, the friendly staff and the its security.
