Recently spent the night at this hotel and the customer service provided by the desk staff was excellent. Very friendly, helpful gentlemen working the afternoon shift at the desk. Provided us with assistance in locating the best route to the airport, offered coupons for dinner at a great area restaurant, and made sure our room was what we wanted. Wonderful folks and a nice hotel. Reasonable rates and a nice breakfast included.

The hotel was good location for us, as we wanted to get to the House on the Rock and Madison over the weekend. We were dissapointed by how poorly supervised a young boys soccer team was...Parents seemed to be blind to the overall havoc that their boys created in the hotel, making it difficult to sleep that first night. But I cannot say enough about Oleg, the front desk manager. He was empathetic and fully responsive to our complaints. The second night was peaceful..thanks Oleg. You are truly one of THE best managers we have ever had any dealing with - Marriott is lucky to have you!!! As for the Parents...put your beers down and do your job!

We stayed here for Ironman Wisconsin and loved it. It's only about 7 miles from Madison and the rates were much better. The staff was amazing: friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very clean. On race day morning they opened the breakfast room at 3am for the athletes! After the race they put a sign on the door of everyone who was racing congratulating them!
There's also free WiFi and the hotel is very close to a small mall with lots of shops and places to eat.

Perfect for business travel. Prompt friendly service, several good restaurants within a few hundred feet and free internet. No frills but clean and good location.
