Stayed here for 3 nights over Thanksgiving. We left our room around noon Thanksgiving Day and returned around 9:30 that night to find our room door WIDE OPEN, with the door jamb keeping it propped open. Luckily nothing was taken from the room, but regardless, what kind of service is that? I've never experienced this anywhere I've stayed - how hard is it to remember to close a door? Complained to managment and the best they could offer was 20% off that day's cost. Their attitude essentially was if nothing was taken from the room, then what's the problem? Checked out the next day and will never ever stay at this place again. Overall the hotel seemed borderline adequate -- smallish, dingy rooms. Walls and floors are paper thin. Decent continental breakfast and pool. Just remember to take your valuables with you whenever you leave, since you might return to a wide-open door.
