While the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, either they were inexperienced in running a hotel, or they were extremely thrifty. Towels were thin and scarce; we had to go to the desk many times to get towels because they hadn't provided enough towels for the number of guests in the room. We had one small 1.5 inch square of soap that was literally paper thin by the end of our stay and never replaced. Rooms that were supposedly smoke free had clearly been smoked in, as was evidenced by the fairly over-powering odor of cigarette smoke. While the rooms had individual air conditioning controls, the lobby was "cooled" by only a ceiling fan. As many friends and relatives had gathered for a wedding, it was important to us to have a place to gather in a comfortable setting. We had to repeatedly have our room keys reprogramed because they did not work to unlock our doors, a problem we have not experienced to this degree in any other place we have stayed. In short, if you only need a place to sleep, these accommodations may be what you're looking for, but you might want to think about packing your own towels, soap, shampoo, and an air cleaner if you don't like the smell of smoke.
