Sue, Denny, Stephanie and Todd have kept Dillman's at the top of our family vacation list for a few years now! Their high-level of customer service isn't found at other area resorts and it's what keeps us coming back year after year. The property itself is amazing -- a true peninsula, surrounded on all sides by gorgeous White Sand Lake. They're pet-friendly, which is a big plus, and the units and grounds are well-maintained and comfortable.

My wife and two daughters have been coming to Dillman's Lodge for the last five years and have had amazing vacations each time. The resort takes up a whole point, so you're surrounded by water and it feels very relaxing. The cabins are well cared for with kitchens (in most, I think) outside grills and sitting areas around cookout areas. There are a few beaches and playground areas - which are great to keep our girls. Some guests bring dogs, and the owners have a few - fun playmates for our girls, when they aren't sniffing around for dropped hot dogs.

The owners, a family of four, are great at what they do. They are very helpful with finding things to do in the area (biking, nature hikes, family friendly dinner places, they even found us a sitter for the girls so my wife and i could have a dinner on our own.)

There is not a restaurant at the resort, so you'll have to plan ahead and cook on your own, or explore the local restaurants - we really like Monical’s Pizza.

We love Dillman's Resort everytime we visit and are repeat vacationers there. We are welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The resort owners bent over backwards to accomodate a last minute pontoon boat ride for our family, even trying to contact me at both my cell number and my husbands to make sure we got their message that a pontoon had just become available. No matter what the reason they are always there to accomodate any request we've had. for this reason, Dillmans ranks above the rest for their personalized and welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are immaculate and so are their accomodations. Some are "vintage" dating back to the days of the Dillinger gang, some are brand new and feel more like a hotel than cabin on the lake. Whatever your style, Dillman's can accomodate. Nothing can compare to the crystal clear water and the blue blue sky and the lake surrounded by the gorgeous green trees. This is truly heaven on earth and recharges us everytime we visit. We love this resort and love coming back year after year.

Dillman’s resort is an incredible WI Northwoods resort which I always look forward to visiting. The owners of the resort are incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, fun, and take the time to help you acclimate to the area. They basically helped my partner and I plan our itinerary for a few days which included biking on a nearby trail, shopping in surrounding communities like Boulder Junction and Minocqua, and of course swimming, canoeing, paddle-boating and going on pontoon rides on White Sand Lake. Dillman’s has been a family-run resort for generations and their dedication to providing a memorable guest experience is clear. You can be as lazy or as busy as you want to be!

I recommend Dillman’s for couple and family vacations (anniversaries, honeymoons, reunions) as well as girls’ trips. The property is beautiful and White Sand Lake is incredibly clear! During a pontoon ride, not only did we see several loons but bald eagles. Another feature that I thought was unique to the resort is the creative artist’s workshops that take place all summer/early fall. Waking up each morning to the picturesque lake view and the smells and sounds of nature refreshes me each time I visit Dillman’s and it is always difficult to leave. It’s an amazing resort and although there are other resorts in the area, Dillman's is at the top of our list, and we'll be coming back next year!
