Stayed in Johnson Creek WI Days Inn on Nov. 10-11. Room was not very clean to begin with. One of the queen mattresses was "broken down" and uncomfortable, the other one was o.k. Sheets and bed pad on broken down mattress barely made it over the edge of the mattress. Carpeting wasn't vacuumed the entire time we were there, coffee maker did not work, microwave malfunctioned, dirty towels in tub were not removed. Reported to desk clerk who was going to speak to manager. Asked to move room the first night and was told there were none available--even though there were only 6 other vehicles in their parking lot and not a sole in the hall ways, pool, lobby, etc. Would not stay there again and would have appreciated either a room change or refund of some sort--though wouldn't expect the entire amount. Breakfast buffet extremely limited--bagels were stale. VERY disappointed.
