As soon as i stepped out of my vehicle i fell on the ice in handicapped parking, my family and i just came from the packer game so i wanted to take a shower no hot water,also it took twenty minutes for the water to drain .and the hot and cold marker was flopping around. the fixtures are rusty and the grout is dirty and brown. so i decided to take my kids swimming, the cement was green with moss or algae growing on it ,scraps of garbage. and sharp pieces of plastic on the floor from broken patio funiture, that i picked up so my kids would not cut there feet. The place was dumpy,i did not see any staff other than the guy behind the counter

My fiance purchased a two night stay as a suprise 40th birthday present for me so we could drive from Pennsylvania for a Packers game (I am a big fan). Three days after she booked the hotel, we discovered that her granmother, who suffers from severe dementia, was going to have to be moved to assisted living arrangements. My fiance's parents are fairly old themselves, and she is an only child, so the task in large part is going to fall on the two of us. However, this happened about a week before our expected stay, which was past the hotel's cancellation policy deadline. The only time that she can be moved in is over the weekend we were supposed to stay.
My fiance' is going to take the room fee as a total loss, which will be upwards of $250.00. I have pleaded with the management to waive the policy in light of this family situation and give us at least a partial refund, but have been getting a fairly rude run-a-round. We have spoken to several supervisors and they keep avoiding even giving us any real response. The latest is that they have to "speak with the owner". I have no doubt that the owner will most likely be very inflexible due to the fact that when they finally contact him/her, it will be the day before our scheduled arrival. We have been at this for four days. I plan to add another response on this review site in referrence to the outcome, but I would say that I would not recommend this hotel to any traveller who expects even the basic courtesy.

I was in Green Bay for one night and this hotel looked good from the website. It's a very old hotel and feels it. Parking is a mess due to its proximity to the convention center. The restaurant was good, the internet connection was fine, and the cable TV choices were acceptable. They did not have a business office but did let me use one of the sales offices. The worst part about the stay was the morning shower. I had the hot water as high as it would go and it still wasn't hot enough. Maybe it was the time of day but I took my shower pretty early. Hot water in the morning is a basic and this hotel couldn't get it right.

Came here for a convention and found the convention just steps from the door. This is good news in the cold. Staff is great and view of river is great. Hotel is older but has been updated. Rooms are good and clean. Had all the amenities. Free room service continental breakfast and papers. Drink coupons and discounts on site. Two restraunts on site and both very good. Windows do not open. Bath is small but has fair counter space. Tub too shallow for bath but the shower is great. Staff bends over backwards to be of service. Great staff.
