After being able to stay only one night on our first visit, we can only anticipate going back for more and a longer stay.
The views, trails, gardens, all were only second to the hospitality and the wonderful food we were served for breakfast. We can't wait to go back and see what they will share with us on our next visit.

Our quiet getaway to the Cameo Rose was unforgettable from the fantastic hospitality by the hosts, to the exquisite food presentation & gourmet food. We were in awe of the scenic trails, beautiful pond, and soothing waterfalls. The lower-level suite was spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. We have stayed at other bed & breakfasts' and this one was by far the best. From the service to the serenity, Cameo Rose is a 10+. We are already planning our next trip to Cameo Rose.

We just got home from the most wonderful three day stay at The Cameo Rose. I just can't say enough nice things. It was like heaven on earth.

Firstly the breakfasts were divine and Dawn caters to every need and I am a fussy eater. The breakfast was amongst the best I have ever had; everything was fresh and beautifully presented.

Secondly the house is a gorgeous Victorian, not original so there are all the modern conveniences with all the old world charm and ambience.

Thirdly the location is stunning! It is out in the middle of the most beautiful countryside on 120 acres with mowed trails and wooded areas. The walks around the grounds were exceptional and breath taking when we got to the top, wow!

The overall experience was magical, a truly wonderful place to rejuvenate in.

There were lots of local attractions but all I wanted to do was hang out on the porch swing with a book, walk the trails and soak in the ambience. The owners were so accommodating it felt like we were staying at a friends house and we had only just met them.

Oh, what a wonderful time we had at Cameo Rose! Dawn instantly made us feel welcome and “at home” in their home, Dawn's warmth & caring ways shone through immediately! Her delicious chocolate brownies the first evening, and then the carrot cupcakes--- plus the apple cider! What a cheerful greeting! And that was just the beginning! Cameo Rose is absolutely beautiful—all the decorative touches that all blend charmingly and perfectly to delight all the senses! There are not enough adjectives to describe the ambience—quiet, peaceful, beautiful, charming, tasteful. Oh, my—it’s impossible to describe--- “magical” as another guest commented. Quiet walks on the trails, beautiful scenery, beautiful flowers, delicious multi-course breakfasts. Mmmmm. Our stay was restful, peaceful and serene. All that anyone could ask for in a weekend away from all of life’s frenzy. We would recommend your B&B to everyone! It was NUMBER ONE in our book, and so were Dawn & Gary! Congratulations on their 20 years in business—treating their guests as royalty! Wow!
