“The comforts of home”

Everything you could ask for in a B&B. We enjoyed conversation with other guests from as far away as California over fabulous breakfasts. A few of Marge's recipes are available in cook books.

The rooms were comfortable and modern.

In mid-October, the windows had a gorgeous view of the Baraboo Range at the peak of fall colors. (Devils Lake is just the other side of the ridge.) The hosts' Belgian draft horses roamed nearby pastures.

“Perfect Place in the Dells...”

The place is beautiful and quiet, the innkeepers are wonderful and gracious, and the area is close enough to the Dells to do anything but removed enough to feel like a country vacation. They suggested two full days of activities for us, which were absolutely wonderful. We toured the beautiful grounds, slept in the antiquity room (which is really nice), stared at the private lake, and watched the sun go down. We will go again.

We stayed in the Pinehaven cottage over a weekend in March. We wanted to get away from the city hustle and bustle, and we found the perfect weekend getaway place. The grounds are spectacuar. There is a winding road lined up with pine trees leading to the lodging. The BnB overlooks a small quiet lake. The cottage is homey and romantic at the same time.
We spent hours in the whirlpool, cooked dinner in the kitchen and then curled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The owners were extremely nice. We'll definitely be back.
