I travel 4 states with my job and this hotel is over priced and is in need of repair. If in the area try another one.

I would like to start by saying, WOW!!!! This hotel is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in and i have stayed in a lot.....Its in a good location....Great staff.... It was so easy to find. When i arrived ,The front desk clerk was very friendly and very helpfull...i need somewhere to eat so they gave me a list of all the local places and even took out the time to tell me what kind of food they had..( and all with in walking distance from the hotel). ..I needed a extra towel so i called down to the front desk and with in minutes they brought it to me and i didn't even have to ask....The rooms are amazing... very nice and clean....the beds are so softy and confy.....and the breakfast was so Mmmm good.....they have hot food and cold foods.....oh and of course they had cinnamon rolls....and my check out was so easy and fast, as was my check in..... IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A AWESOME ,CLEAN HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY STAFF AND IN A GOOD LOCATION THEN THIS IS THE HOTEL FOR YOU!!!! I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK..... oh and its onlylike 5 mins. from downtown Charleston!! Loved, loved, loved it!!!! :)

Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express at Southridge Center near Charleston, WV. We attended Bridge Day in Fayetteville and decided to stay the night in Charleston. Breakfast was nice. Room was everything we expected, and when I forgot a jacket, sweater, belt, and shoes in the closet, the hotel staff mailed them to me! Thank you, Rocky!

Charleston West Virginia is half way between our house and my daughter’s in Virginia. We were watching the three grand kids for a couple of weeks and were meeting her half way to return them home. This location seemed great until were tried to find it, off the beaten path. The two rooms were on the main floor off the lobby. They were neat but not really clean. My wife saw a few bugs, not bed bugs. The kids wanted to go swimming, which was off the lobby. It was not in the best of shapes and as night came the overhead lights did not work. I asked the front desk about them but nothing was done. It was for one night but that is all we would have stayed. The rate I paid was what I would have paid for a lot better place. Next time we will find someplace else.
