From the night clerks to housekeeping to the breakfast staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. But, more than that, the rooms were sooooo clean. And, no leftover odors. Breakfast was quality food (not just cereal and fruit but waffles made right there). Buffet was omelet, bacon and biscuits and gravy. Also, being a woman traveling alone, I felt save. The staff put me on ground floor - close to them, the pool and the breakfast buffet. (I stayed in a hotel once in Cleveland, OH where the staff had me park where they could watch my car and they escorted me in and out of the motel - I did not sleep well because I was uneasy). I will never stay anywhere else when in Parkersburg WV because of the wonderful experience I've had here this weekend. The staff should be commended!

This is a great hotel in a great location close to lots of shopping, attractions and restaurants. The staff from top to bottom was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the pool/hot tub were an added bonus. The complimentary breakfast had a very large selection and the staff in the morning was there to help with any food needs. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

went on business, hostess friendly, and a special thanks to the GM-MIKE DAY, whom made our trip pleasant...room was very nice(stayed in the suite) very clean, had a balcony over looking indoor pool...was very nice!! Had buffet style hot breakfast..great place to stay, if your looking for cleaniness, and a nice staff...

I haven't stayed in a Comfort Inn for many years. This hotel exceeded my expectations! It is a very large hotel and has some rooms with exterior entrances. I was asked if I would like one and decided no but in hindsight it would have been so convenient when packing up! Hotel has a nice layout, great outdoor area, laundry and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for an extended or short stay.
