I take frequent trips to WV to visit an ailing family member. I no longer have the option of staying in the family home, so I needed to find a motel that was clean, provided free Wi-FI, and ample room to work. We decided to try this Red Roof Inn, and we were happy with our decision. It met all the criteria above, our room was cleaned and linens refreshed daily, and the bed was comfortable. If you are looking for a scenic location, this is not it, but if you just want a clean room with most amenities, you should give Red Roof a try. We definitely would go back.

Long day and hotel hunting, we were giving this hotel to try...we took the last 2 non-smoking rooms and were grateful to finally crash and get much needed sleep. Rooms were ok and accommodating for the price. A MAIN issue was checking in. The 'young gal' was/or must have a bad day or just plainly didn't like working there...she was VERY unfriendly, not helpful, and on the rude side. She felt one person in our party was giving her a hard time, only to get alittle more infor on the hotel and area restraunts. She certainly did not represent your company at all. It was later in the evening - 9:00pm, and she 'said' it was a full house - - didn't know if she was there by herself (?) - could understand somewhat, but not a good representation at all. The 'gals' in the morning as I checked out - seemed to have heard these comments before as they just 'smiled' not saying much - which is good company policy.

We always stay at this Red Roof location when we visit my husband's family. The staff is always friendly and efficient and the rooms are always clean. On this visit we were very pleased to find out that they were now equipped with WiFi. It is conveniently located to the interstate and several restaurants - also as an added bonus nearby shopping!

The staff at this hotel were friendly, BUT, the room itself was so dirty. My young child found a half filled pop bottle right under the foot of the bed. The maid didn't sweep during our two night stay. She did not clean our sink, our bathtub was gross and even our bed looked pretty messy. And even the televison was yucky. It had terrible sound and for the price we paid, we felt jipped. It felt like no one cared about your stay. I was actually afraid of the sheets after it looked so bad. How did I know the maid even changed them before we came. I had booked one more night but after two nights of yuck, I had it. I wasn't spending another night ever here again.
