It looked like the smoking & non-smoking rooms were on the same floor. Room smelled horrible, the carpet felt like it wasn't smooth to the ground & felt filthy. Bathroom towels were stained, the bed was comfortable & thats all this place was a bed to sleep in. I was charged 20 bucks per bird for the two parakeets we were moving with, we're military & were pcsing to another state. When I came down for breakfast I heard the ladies at the front desk talking about me & my husband because of the birds & they tried to charge us for three birds. Worst service of our trip, I won't stay here or any other Ramada Inn dump.

everything was topnotch,friendly , helpful, and overall nice people from houskeeping to the front desk. Breakfasts were super. Can't think of anything that could have been improved. Look forward to going back next year (an annual trip to huntington) always great.

I had a block on 16 rooms for my family and my soccer team. When I arrived to check in, they told me if I paid cash I had to put down a $200 deposit. I wasn't aware of this and didn't have that kind of cash on me. I had called them numerous times about the rooms and had just called that morning to cancel 3 rooms we weren't going to be using. NO ONE said a word about this at any time to me. I was treated like a criminal. IF they are so worried about someone stealing their flat screen tvs, then they should bolt them down. Why they have them anyway is beyond me, they have no channels to watch. Two days later when I went to check out they made me wait 15 minutes so that the maid could check my room and make sure everything was there and that we hadn't tore the room up. Again, I felt like a criminal. What should have been a wonderful stay turned into a nightmare. I will never stay with Ramada again and I sure wouldn't recommend them! I contacted the main office and informed them of how I was treated and they told me that the manager would be contacting me. So far, nothing. I didn't expect anything.
