Vietnam veteran in Lobby kept falling asleep. Two clerks behind desk kept laughing at him. At one time they went and stopped a housekeeper to come and wake him up rather than do it themselves. He had probably been there since noon since that was their check out time. All he wanted was a ride to the veterans home but taxi would not come get him because of his wheelchair. Rather than laugh at him staff should have helped him find transportation. We were there at 3:30 pm and could still not get in our room til after 4. Kept saying they had 100 people there the night before. Wouldn't having lots of customers be your goal in the hotel business? Restaurant was closed-no staff. This was a Saturday evening. Will not go there again.
