I travel for work and spend alot of time in Comfort Inn's. This one is among the worst I've seen. The desk staff is very unfriendly, and smug. The entire building is very rundown. My room was about 40 degrees when I arrived and the Wi-Fi seems to only work if you are within 50 feet of the lobby. Which is where I had to go to finish the days work. I agree with harliqu1n this hotel should not carry the Comfort Inn - Choice Hotels name.

I am a seasoned traveler and thought I have seen the worst of the worst, I was wrong.

This hotel should not carry the Comfort name, or Choice Hotels for that matter. Besides the awful outside appearance, and the crooked, dirty double doors at the front, my room, 173 was in complete disrepair. The paint in the bathroom was peeling and falling into the tub, stains everywhere, dirty towles. The a/c did not work, window was a residential type that was broken, and did not lock. Room door was broken, and starting to delaminate, there was a three inch gap at the bottom. In seven years of travels I have never had to switch hotels, until today.

On the plus side, they did let me cancel my three night stay, without charge.

Stay away at all costs!

Stayed for a night this past weekend to beat the high rates and 2 night min in Morgantown for football weekend. Was OK...definitely worn but was relatively clean and safe. The usual Comfort Inn breakfast thing was fine and saved some more $.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Beds are old and broken down, wallpaper falling off the walls, linens and towels are a lovely shade of gray, water stains on the ceiling, and many stains on the carpet. Not the usual Choice Hotel that we are used to. Seemed clean and staff was very friendly though.
