We've stayed in all types of motels/hotels across the country from budget to luxury and this Hampton rates as one of the best. Front desk staff greeted us and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was handicap accessible (I have arthritis) and was huge. Room spotless and comfortable. Beds were amazing. Bathroom spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was available as was the usual offering of fruits, pastries, waffles, muffins, etc. Breakfast room was inviting. I liked that most tables were made for two which could easily be moved together for more people. Picked up a grab and go breakfast for granddaughter who was too busy showering, dressing and putting on make up (you know teens) to make to breakfast before we had to leave. We were visiting Elkins on our way to Canaan Ski Resort with a group of teens from our church. Loved the view from the motel which is on top of a mountain. Will stay again. Best place in Elkins. Only negative thing I can say was that the heat was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold or too warm no matter what temperature we selected on thermostat.
