This hotel had everything! Great rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi, huge complimentary breakfast! They even had a popcorn machine going all day. It's right down from the casino and they got us a shuttle that took us right to the entrance!

We were not impressed with this Comfort Inn, even as "just a place to stop to sleep" on our way back home from the south. Although relatively clean, and no bugs, it is in dire need of refurbishing, and the long narrow hallway from our room to the lobby is depressing. Not as decent as many reviewers said it is. We'll stop elsewhere next time.

When visiting the casino and dog track at Cross Lanes, we always check first with this Comfort Inn. All employess have been great. They actually smile and speak to you. The room as good, the indoor pool has a beautiful background and large enough to enjoy. This Inn also has a great little bar that is open late. The prices are well within reason and sandwiches available.

The Casino provides transportation to and from their location.

Breakfast is included and a decent variety of food available.

Recently decided to stay here on an overnight trip to WV. Wanted to be close to the casino without actually staying at the casino. This property is perfect for that - very close. We got there a little early (2:45) - was advised no early check in. Not a problem - went to the lounge, had a drink and watched football. Was able to check in promptly at 3 and was given a first floor room next to the side entrance. There was a noticeable smell upon entering our room - not overwhelming but definitely noticable. Room and bathroom were okay - clean and roomy enough. Bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep despite being able to hear people coming and going. This would probably not be my first choice but it wouldn't be my last either. Good price, staff was nice, easy check-out process.
