“Always coming back”

It is with pleasure that I strongly recommend this Sleep Inn in Charleston, WV. It's a little off the beaten path, but this is one of the best Sleep Inn's in the country. The hotel is about 12 minutes from the airport. It is quiet and has a walking path if you need a little exercise. The rooms are always clean and fresh and look great. Large screen television and long desk area, along with micro and fridge. If you want a large bathroom - look elsewhere - but for most travelers on the go - it's perfect (just a shower).

The customer service is fantastic - with free cookies in the evening, and the coffee pot always filled. Has a public computer in the lobby and free printing. Breakfast has hot and cold portions. Friendly staff, and one that doesn't turnover very often. While working on the computer in the morning in the lobby, the most common line I heard was, "See you next week" or "See you when I come back." Now that's a compliment.

“Very nice Hotel around 100 bucks (taxes included)”

I stayed here on two separate occasions (1 night each time).

The front desk staff is very accommodating and check in is real quick.

The rooms are nice with a flat screen TV (decent channel selection), a small work desk, and fridge and microwave. The beds are comfortable and the decor is nice. Everything is clean. The shower heads are tall (impt for a 6'4"), though the stall is small but serviceable.

The wireless internet is easy to use and relatively fast.

Breakfast is really nice (hot foods like sausage patties and links, egg patties, biscuits and gravy) The even have split croissants and cheese slices to create some rather tasty breakfast sandwiches. The juices are good despite being dispensed from a machine.

There is a small restaurant in the parking lot (I forget the name because I didn't go there). There isn't alot of food options in the immediate vicinity, but a 20 minute or less ride towards Charleston will get you plenty of options.

Room Tip: I suppose the back side of the hotel might get some highway noise, but both times I got the riversid...

“Couldn't ask for any better”

We checked out the reviews before we stopped and we were not disappointed. Very clean. Super staff, very professional. (Tom.) Price was great and breakfast was excellent. Asked for a single queen and expected a smaller room and this was no problem. Couple miles off of our route, but after 400 miles, who cares. Glad we choose Sleep Inn. Have stayed at a few others and was well pleased with the Charleston, WV location. Just one more note, for lunch and dinner, there is an excellent restaurant right next door, check it out.
