Oh where to start?

The only good thing I can say is the staff is VERY helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Parking is a nightmare. Very small lot and the cars are packed in it!

They have tried really hard to improve the quality of the decor...but many small details are left that really needs to be changed.

The beds and pillows are as hard as bricks. The sheets were clean and crisp though.

Curtains were dirty, there were stains on the lampshades, most of the lights in the room didnt work. Bathroom was very small and not clean! The towels were clean and fluffy though.

I saw only two electrical outlets in the walls and hesitated in using them as the guts were hanging out and exposed.

I would hesitate in staying here again based on the condition of the hotel and the price. I have paid much less and gotten much nicer.

If they would just finish up the little things it may end up being a decent place, but for now - NO!

We actually booked this hotel before reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and were crossing our fingers that we didn't have a bad experience.

Our stay was actually quite pleasant. The staff was friendly and courteous, our room was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast wasn't bad, and was definitely better than the continental breakfasts we're used to.

I had actually stayed in this building back when it was the Super 8 and hadn't returned due to a bad experience. Thank goodness that it is now a Best Western and was renovated. The lobby is much more open and updated now and you no longer have to walk around the building in order to enter it.

We did have trouble finding a parking spot coming in late one evening, but I could hardly blame the hotel for the three SUVs that decided to double-park and the Penske truck that was taking up four spots. The lack of courtesy by some of the guests was surprising.

The elevator was slow, but being on the second floor we didn't have a bad experience with it. If I was on an upper floor, I could see it being a problem.

the bathrooms were dirty. The shower was water stained and full of soap scum, the toilet had not been cleaned around the inside of toilet bowl or around the bottom of toilet. The bathroom door looked like it had blood spatters on it, the mirror in bathroom looked like it had not been dusted since being installed. The lampshades were dusty and one was broken and stained. We also found a stain on the sheet.

Nice hotel, courteous service. If only my room had been a bit cleaner it would be perfect. Hair on my pillow and in the shower before we used it; very dusty nightstands and furniture.

The location is nice.
