We used to stay at this motel every time I came to charleston we liked it that much now it is not a nice place to stay when we 1st got there the. Sign on the door said if you smoke on a non smoking room u will be charged 350
.00 staff were mean with bad attitudes. then we get to the rm and it smelt really bad. THE CARPET WAS VERY DIRTY WITH BAD STAINS keep your shoes on cigarette burns every where. I did not feel very clean at all I will never stay at this motel again even it were free. Office had good coffee with little tiny cups and a few donuts early in the morning get them before the people who live at the motel eat them. Oh and nice pool.

this is the epitome of a flea bag motel. it was filthy, holes in the wall, the bed looked like it was from 1970, i was afraid to sleep in it, there were bugs flying around in my room, the tv reception was extremely fuzzy at best, it appeared to have some sketchy people living in some of the rooms, not positive but it looked like there were inappropriate and illegal activities going on, i felt very unsafe!!!!!!!

do yourself a favor and never ever stay here!!!!!!! you'd be better off sleeping in your car!!!!!

TOTALLY GROSS

We stopped overnight in Charleston and stopped at this exit. Other hotels were full but Knights Inn had vacancy. $67 and was clean outside and pool was up front so we got a room. Our room was at the end and parking was full of construction workers. Tv had the cable pulled out of the back. Plug in in the wall hanging loose. Blankets on the bed were very old and matted and had holes in them. Bathroom floor tiles were loose and shower moldy around the floor.

Our car overheated and we needed a quick place to stay. This was the closest to us. We got room and were instantly appalled. The floors were dirty, bugs in the tub, the air conditioner wouldn't cool, the pop machines and ice machines were out of order, they had no extra clean towels. Called manager and got no results. Waited long enough for car to cool and left. Big waste of money!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!!
