We travel with pets. This is a great place to stay with or without your dogs. We travel through Charleston several times each year. We try to time it so that we can stay here. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Great coffee in the lobby and very friendly and competent lobby staff. Recommend it!

I travel through Charleston, WV several times a year and I travel with my two dogs. I've stayed a couple nice places that were way too expensive and I've stayed at some serious dumps. I decided to try this hotel because the reviews weren't bad. I am very pleasantly surprised. I got the best king room they had for $71 w/ tax. There was no pet fee which was great. The room is big, clean, newly remodeled, and the bed is comfortable. It is right off the highway. Im very happy I decided to give this place a shot. This will definitely be my regular hotel when I'm traveling with my pets. I do recommend paying a little extra for the better room. Also service was great!

We were here because my dad was in critical condition in a local hospital. Connie at the front desk was wonderful to us. She really tried to help in any way she could and tried to make it as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. Thanks Connie!

This Red Roof Inn sits conveniently close to I-77/I-79 on the outskirts of Charleston. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the room was completely spotless and clean. I would stay here again for sure, and likely will very soon.
