I arrived around 200pm and was only staying 10 hours..the best price I could get was $100.00 which I feel was a little steep for this area..hotel was old but has been refurbished lately..room was typical hampton...clean,comfy,a/c-htr was quiet and worked good..plenty of hot water and good pressure in shower..downfall was no refridge or microwave in room..was not offered a bottle of water or snack at check in or a breakfast bag at checkout which is standard offerings for a diamond member...the stay was not bad but I feel it wasnt up to standards of the other hamptons I have stayed in..I will try another motel the next time I am back in that area...

We stayed one night here on our way to Myrtle Beach. We stayed at 4 different Hampton Inns during our vacation and this one was the worst. This location is certainly conveniently located.

As I look through previous reviews, I see the same comments:
This particular location is not living up to what you come to expect from Hampton Inns.

The night shift, Front Desk staff in particular, seemed VERY UNINTERESTED in anyone who approached the front desk. We never got this at the other locations we stayed at.

I understand that a team of rambunctious cheer leaders may have been putting a damper on the staff's spirits, but staff problems and frustrations should never be shared with other guests!

The breakfast area is also woefully small and inadequate to seat a number of guests coming down to the free breakfast at the same time.

I can't complain about our room, beds or linens, but we weren't even in the hotel for 12 hours, and yet we noticed enough negatives to say something about it on TA.

We stayed here on the way to see my husbands family. It is located right off the exit which is nice. The rooms need an extremely deep cleaning. The bath tub had mildew in the tiles. We have stayed at plenty of hamptons and this one does not live up to the hilton standards.

Also $127 (including tax) is lot for this room in the condition it is in.

Spent a week here while working in Fairmont. Nice quiet place to stay. The rooms were typical of the other Hampton Inns I have stayed at and the staff were super friendly. Most of the rooms on my floor were being upgraded during my stay so the floor was really quiet during the evening and the workers did not start remodeling until after 8 so there was no noise in the morning while I was there. Breakfast was adequate, but there evening cookies were great.
