Greeted at the front desk, very pleasent, lobby looked great.
Got to hotel after midnight, our non-smoker room smelled very heavy of smoke but it was too late that night to move. Would not walk on carpet without my shoes on, shower was clean, room heater was very good and easy to control

I got a non smoking room, well as soon as I opened the door I got hit with cigarette smoke stink. The whole room stunk, we left the door open for 30 minutes and I even tried to get a different room, but the girl at the front desk was rude and said "I can't change it now and it wouldn't smell like that if you didn't smoke in there." I have NEVER smoked in my life. To make things worse the next morning we woke up smelling like smoke and had sore throats from it, this was a terrable stay and then on top of that I had to pay extra to have my dog stay in the room with us. We travel that way all the time but I will never stay at this super 8 ever again. WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

The sheets were visibly dirty in the head area with yellow grease stains. They were also completely threadbare. I spent most of the night worrying about bedbugs. The bathroom shower stall was grungy with black dirt. In the morning the checkout person was not very friendly and made us stand there for 5 minutes while she talked on the phone, ever acknowledging that we were there.

Wow - I could not believe how nice this place was for what I payed. I was on a tight budget for this business trip, and this place was one of the few in the area that I could make work - WORTH IT!!! Great place at a fair price.

The rooms were clean for the most part, and there were no neglected maintenance issues. Parking was tough getting in late, but WIFi was available, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast (though simple) was on the superior side rather than the typical Super 8 inferior side! Donuts - yes - but these were bakery style donuts with all of the glaze and sprinkles! Very high quality food in the continental breakfast bar.

My only issue would have to be with the staff's attitude. I checked in at 1:30am - but stated on my reservation that I would be there at 1:00am. You would think it was th eend of the world to the crabby guy working the desk. He based is evening audit around my arrival time (I was the last reservation) and apparently my 30 minutes being "late" interrupted his busy evening. I even payed cash for the room trying to make it easier, but apparently I interrupted his plans. Other than the crabby night shift guy, the rest of the staff was pleasant.

(I travel all over the country with my job, and I contribute on EVERY hotel I stay in. Trip Advisor has been a great tool for me, and I contribute fairly, for both good and bad facilities.)
