Very clean pool and hot tub. Nice location by huge mall and restaurants. Friendly staff

Although the location (being right behind the mall) is not ideal, the hotel served its purpose. We stayed one night on our cross-country driving trip and everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a typical continental style which suited our needs.

When we checked in hotel worker not the greatest. Room had no toilet paper, no kleenex in the room. The room smelled of mold, the light as you walked in did not work right away flickered off and on for about a minute. The only thing that was worth a damn was the indoor hot tub and pool. I travel alot with work and this ranks up there with one of the worst comfort inns i stayed at.

Have stayed at this property many times in the past. Use to be very clean and kept up! Rooms are dated now. Had to stay the first night of our visit to this area, hoping that it was cleaner than it was last year. As soon as we entered our rooms, we decided to stay the next night at the Holiday Inn. (Was able to get their rooms for a few $'s more and now know that this Holiday Inn is the best hotel in the area) The carpet was dirty. Dust and dirt accumlated in the corners as well as along the walls. The bathrooms were clean and acceptable. The mattress was dirty and had a urine stain on the one that I checked. Behind the mattress and boxspring it was dirty and even found a couple of clean (Thank God) panty liners. Even though the bedding was dated and worn, it appeared to be clean. The housekeeping staff needs to clean the rooms much better for me to ever pay this amount of money again to return to this hotel. The room even had an odor about it! The Elevator was dirty and really needed to be wiped down. The usual continental breakfast.. nothing special, but ok. The Mall is within walking distance.
