Goodness... where to begin... Considering you can get a room at Disney World for less than what was paid for these rooms... This hotel was in the process of renovations, which you would have never known, as there was no noise from the workers (a plus) but the new rolled up carpet took about 4 parking spaces (a minus, since there was limited parking to begin with).
Our reservations were for 2 rooms on the bottom floor due to 4 family members being in their 70's, but we were put upstairs in a connecting room. Rooms were FILTHY. Carpet was so badly stained, we put the bedspread over it. Bathroom was disgusting - bathtub had two long strands of black hair on the wall, the back of the door had urine sprayed all over the bottom third of the door. The toilet chain became disconnected sometime during the night and didn't flush without sticking your hand into the tank to reattach it. Found out later that the adjoining room had the same problem with the toilet chain. Since we checked in late in the day, we stayed in these rooms, but the next day, asked for bottom floor. Got two rooms that were not connected. Rooms were not much better.
There were some positives, the gentleman at the front desk allowed us access to the breakfast area to visit and play cards. The lady at check out was pleasant, but couldn't guarantee a reduction in the rate of $100+ per night for such horrible room accomadations.
I'm not sure where the "quality" is at this Quality Inn, because we certainly didn't find any.
