We just returned home from a 3-night stay at Grace Haven and certainly plan on returning. The cabins are far nicer than they appear in the photos on their website. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and friendly. The grounds are clean. It is close enough to a couple very small towns to grab something to eat or run to the store but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. It is very close to the national park as well. You will not be disappointed.

Truly tucked away in the forest near the highway (but not too near), this small cedar cabin is perfect for a visit to this part of the state. It sleeps at least 6 with a real kitchen (though no microwave). The bedroom is quiet and has a space heater for extra warmth. the living room has two futon couches and the gas fireplace that heats the rest of the cabin as well. the cabin is fully outfitted with full size fridge and stove, cooking and eating utensils and dishes etc. Everything was spic and span....not a cobweb in sight! Will return for certain. Bring your own food though, because restaurants in the area are not always open. P.S. We went up to see the bald eagles (during late Dec/early January), and in just a few hours saw almost 100!!!!

Very nice and comfortable cabins with everything you need. There is nothing they forgot to make you feel right at home. The ladies who ran the property were very nice and helpful.

Very comfortable, well accommodated cabin. Better than I expected. I will definitely return.
