clean, friendly staff, great view of Columbia River--nothing to not like about this place.

The options in Richland are limited if you want somewhere new and nice to stay. I have stayed here several times and have been pleased. It is expensive and htey do not allow negotiated corporate rates. It is full most of the time so they know they can charge wha they want.

Nice business hotel, ideally located, very friendly staff as well at the reception as in the breakfast lounge. However...I really disliked the use of (one-way) plastic forks, knives, spoons, plates and cups.... not quiete environmental friendly and not in line with the status of the hotel itself.

The hotel itself was very pleasant and the front desk girls were very friendly and accommodating. However at one point during our stay I became concerned about the treatment of one of the girls by what I assumed was her manager, I believe the manager's name was Kelly. She was talking down to the girl in a very inappropriate manner and seemed unreasonably rude and verbally abusive. I was appauled by some of the language she was using. For such a wonderful staff it was a shame to witness such unprofessionalism. I felt obligated to compensate the young girl with what cash I had on me as a way of making up for her mistreatment. I will not recommend this hotel due to the mistreatment of the staff.
