This hotel was in a useful location and had all the needed facilities. The front desk was efficient and helpful but the housekeeping department could have prepared the room better. This hotel has seen better days and the price was higher than it should be for the condition. The name outside the hotel was "M", not Clarion. But overall it provided what was needed for us and I could stay there again.

I highly recommend not staying here-as an employee said they are changing management again-until there is a remodel. The heating/air conditioning system was very poor and we had to fiddle with it continually. The internet is spotty, slow and difficult to connect . The TV is an old one. The mattress is poor and old and hurt our backs. There were spots on the old sheets. There was NO TV channel guide, no restaurant menu, and no guide to the hotel amenities. The bathroom has no space for your things. There needs to a shelf. The water handle was difficult to manuever. There was a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner and neither were replaced.The entire hotel is dank from the pool..and the indoor pool is the only jewel. However, the pool area has a dark and foreboding ambience. Now, the coup de grace was the fact they booked us directly above a meeting/dance and the loud thumping bass and drums continued until 11:00AM. We did complain and they said they would move us, but my husband was ill and didn't want to. I told the manager that NO ONE SHOULD OF BOOKED US THERE KNOWING THIS. In fact anywhere in the pool area would have been awful. The evening staff, as I said, did offer to move us but displayed an unsympatheticand unprofessional attitude and offered no other compensation. A free drink for my one nerve would have been nice. The manager will give us a discount if we come back but due to the plethora of other problems we will never come back. It should be priced very low due to the horrid problems and age of the building.I wouldn't even try to eat there...it was unclear if the restaurant was even open to the public.

Don't make the mistake we did and stay at this hotel. Over priced. We travel a lot for baseball and we have never paid this much for a room even in Southern California. If you are not going to clean up the place charge accordingly. Dirty, loud A/C that maybe works. Shower Hot or Cold no in between. Breakfast area hadn't been cleaned with some good hot water to cut through the grease in a long time but the A/C worked there FREEZING.

We stayed here for a softball tournament 6/24-6/26/11 & were disappointed.

The floor was soaked by the airconditioner possible a leak. There was a spider web with spider eggs above the sliding glass door & spiders in the tub & spider web on the entertainment center. There was a used bar of soap in the tub. The hair dryer did not work & the iron was missing. The screen door was severely damaged and took a muscle man to open & close it. This place could really use a serious deep cleaning.
