The service here was great, the front desk managers were so friendly I was very impressed. The room my friends and I booked was clean along with the hotel itself. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning- I'd recommend the waffles! The only downside of my stay there was that we did not utilize the pool, which looked refreshing.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. I was surprised that they put a single female adult with two children in the back of the property when it is dark and desolate at night. The room was musty and the air conditioner unit made it worse. I pulled back the bedspread and the blanket underneath had a cigarette hole burnt into it. The bathtub had mold in it. The worst part was when the maid service wasn't completed and a dirty towel was still hanging from the previous tenant. When I complained I was offered an apology and a 10 percent discount on a future stay. It won't be redeemed.

Stayed here for one night before a cruise. We used the package which included parking, lodging, and transportation to & from the pier. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and did whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. No problem with the room, and we were dropped off right at the pier, and they picked us up when we requested. They have their own van, so we were able to travel to & from the pier when we were ready. Had one minor detour getting to the pier, but quickly found the sign for the turnoff, and made it to the ship with time to spare.

Nice breakfast area. Next to busy and noisy freeway.
