Staying at the Holiday Inn in Pasco was a pleasent stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room and the breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn in Pasco on my every stay!

I think my title says it all. What more can I say about the Holiday Inn Express in Pasco. Never before have I dealt with such an incompetent hotel before. The front desk staff were using facebook when I checked in when I asked them if they use facebook at work they said 'oh its not a big deal, our manager uses it all the time', this seemed very unprofessional to me. Thie girl at the desk seemed very disinterested in providing any level of service, I felt like she was trying to get rid of me, maybe to go back to using facebook... I swear I could smell alcohol on her as well. When I went to my room I called for 2 extra pillows which never arrived. By the evening I knew I would not be staying at this hotel again I don't want to delve too much into the rooms, I knew I get better quality at a lower price... dirty carpets, stained linens, spots on the mirrors, dusty vents, toothpaste residue in the sinks.... completely unacceptable. Well the morning I checked out I felt good knowing I would never see this hotel again I decided to look at their breakfast - scrambled eggs were watery, and looked like yellow warm gelatin pieces, ham and sausage were luke warm, bread was stale, and coffee was cold.

I really expected more from Holiday Inn Express, this place needs a big change. I will never stay at this terrible hotel again. I will make sure everyone I meet who travels to this area knows my experience and knows not to stay here.

I took a couple days to visit friends in Pasco. My friend suggested I stay here at the Holiday Inn Express because of the close proximity to their home. Overall, it was a great hotel experience.

pros:
-free airport shuttle (showed up right away)
-Nice large and clean property.
-Spacious rooms with separate living and kitchen area (microwave, fridge, sink, plates & utensils) .
-Nice comfortable bed with plenty of pillows.
-Friendly and helpful staff (front desk/ housekeeping).
-powerful A/C for the scorching hot days I was there.

cons:
-The TV was kind of ancient with a wavy picture but, had an acceptable channel selection
-minimal selection in vending machines(would have been nice to have a microwavable food vending machine)

Overall, a good experience and will stay here again.

Stayed at the HI Express because the Hampton & Marriot were booked aand I really didn't leave any smarter than when I came. The hotel was standard HIE, the room was passable, the bed was okay, and the room wasn't too trashed. The service was ok and the breakfast was standard fare.

Overall, for a decent place to sleep a good deal if you don't have to pay the full rate. They do offer AAA, government/corporate, HI member discounts.

I did like the location, which was close to numerous restaurants, shops, and the Columbia Mall, but off on it's own quiet bluff.
