Imagine flying 3/4 of the US to be finally checking in at just after midnight to be told by the front desk that we should have received (that never happened) a phone call or an email informing us that the power & water would be shutting off at 8am that morning. Sleep was not in the works or very little if I planned on getting a shower before getting out of the hotel as quickly as possible. Our room was alright, the pictures on the website are much better looking than in person. The bathroom had hair not only on the toilet seat but also in the tub. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you could careless that you pay top dollar for unsanitary rooms.
